Work Rarely Breaks All at Once
The signs are small, repeated, and ignored until they become impossible to miss.
How I Work
I start by paying attention to how work actually feels day to day — where people get stuck, overcompensate, or quietly carry things that shouldn’t be theirs.
I look at those experiences through a systems lens, identifying where processes, decisions, and structures are creating friction instead of support.
From there, I translate insight into structure — mapping journeys, simplifying workflows, and building clarity into the systems people move through.
The result is work that reduces cognitive load, restores capacity, and creates experiences that support people rather than drain them.
Much of this work happens inside organizations and lives in internal systems that aren’t visible from the outside. This page reflects how I approach the work and how it shows up in practice, rather than documenting individual projects.

Work in Practice

Safety Awareness & Training Program
Designed a cross-functional safety awareness program focused on shared responsibility, behavioral learning, and early communication. Built structured discussion guides and learning materials to support department-level conversations, helping teams surface risks sooner and strengthen a culture of collective ownership. The approach shifted safety from a reactive process to an ongoing learning experience embedded into daily work.

Onboarding & Transition Experience
Designed onboarding and transition experiences that extended beyond day one, focusing on clarity, continuity, and long-term integration. Restructured supporting materials and created a centralized onboarding hub to guide employees through key milestones across their lifecycle. Improved communication frameworks around transitions and exits, using feedback patterns to strengthen future experiences and support more thoughtful organizational learning.

People Operations Internal Site Design
Redesigned the organization-wide People Operations site to improve clarity, navigation, and employee self-service. Rebuilt the information structure and visual layout to reduce friction, simplify access to policies and resources, and support more independent problem-solving. The redesign strengthened internal trust by making essential information easier to find and understand, reducing reliance on informal workarounds.

Culture & Engagement Initiatives
Designed internal experiences that reinforced connection, recognition, and psychological safety through intentional, values-aligned moments. Planned and implemented engagement initiatives that balanced structure with authenticity, improving how teams experienced appreciation and shared identity. Focused on shaping environments that felt meaningful and human rather than performative, strengthening trust across the organization.
