Hi, I’m Thalia!
I’ve always been someone who notices patterns.
How people respond to systems. Where things quietly break down. What feels heavy even when it looks fine on the surface.
For a long time, I didn’t realize that was a skill. I just knew I could feel when something wasn’t working, even if I couldn’t always name it yet.
My work lives at the intersection of people, systems, and everyday experience. I am drawn to how organizations shape the way people move through their workdays, their roles, and themselves. Not in big, flashy moments, but in the small, repeated ones that actually matter.
I care deeply about clarity, fairness, and emotional intelligence. I believe that when systems are thoughtfully built, people don’t have to carry unnecessary confusion, tension, or self-doubt. Work becomes lighter. Safer. More human.
Outside of Work
I spend a lot of time researching, reflecting, and thinking things through. Here are my favorite areas to explore:
- Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Human behavior and why people act the way they do
- Psychology, philosophy, and how people change over time
- Personal growth that is honest, not performative
- Observing patterns in everyday life
- Quiet, thoughtful environments
- Deep conversations about meaning
